Tbh, had a great stay on vacation. Truly enjoyed our fabulous and fairly quiet rooms, plus the staff was exceptional. The restaurant was amazing for dinner, we ordered innovative dishes. WiFi and terrace were available in the room. Its fantastic, secluded location was a plus.

The hotel had a secluded setting by the main restaurant which you should be warned is super popular with outside guests. And it was also close to San Pantaleo a delightful historic market town, such beautiful surroundings and the center of Costa Smeralda.

The room was well-appointed and reasonably large, I had such wonderful experience.

That hotel was in an amazing location, down to the sea. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was great. The employees were attentive and diligent.

had a lovely stay on vacation, glad i've chosen it. the location was stunning in the quiet area. also, such main attraction as stazzu manzoni was 2 miles from this hotel. the restaurant was outstanding for lunch and dinner, it had refined dishes.

We booked a well-appointed room with private balcony.

Too small bathroom and Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great and charming location, great area, just next door to San Pantaleo a delightful historic market town, and places to visit. The rooms with ice, ice bucket, wine.

The room was immaculate, fabulous and had a patio, Wi-Fi and a closet space. The staff was very friendly, provided outstanding services and helped with free parking. Location: the hotel was near the mountain, the harbour and a wonderful restaurant.

everything was fantastic, so were spectacular views on the sea and the countryside. the restaurant here was really nice for lunch and dinner, we both ordered exquisite dishes.

The hotel is amazingly located with stunning views. The staff is welcoming and super polite. The place is clean and well decorated. The food in the Michelin restaurant is exceptional.

Location, rooms and landscape design are amazing - really a work of art with wonderful view. Road to the hotel was not a problem at all - we had Audi a4 and never had an issue. Nice breakfast, nice pool, lovely touch of etro things in the bathroom.

I expected more from a hotel of this price range in terms of attitude and attention to detail. Staff was always polite but I would not say "friendly". I had a feeling some guests were treated slightly better than others. We stayed for quite a long period of time and it was a special occasion stay which we mentioned during the booking and when we were checking in - I would normally expect a card or a bottle of wine from a hotel which costs 300 euros per night... The place is beautiful and worth a stay or taking a look at but if you're used to high level of service anglo-amercian way, you might be disappointed.

The location was idyllic, the room very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Spa facilities were limited as out of season. The food was excellent although a little expensive. The 2km dirt track to the hotel became a chore. Although advertised as heated, the pool was freezing and therefore we were unable to swim which was disappointing.

We stayed at Petra Segreta for five nights and it was a truly memorable experience. The location is fantastic, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and well-prepared, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a terrace that had breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel offered a sweet deal that we couldn't resist. it was the perfect getaway for couples and anyone looking to detach from everyday life.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
